Privacy & choices

Softbendr Ltd is the controller of personal data used to operate MotionStim. We use account details to provide the requested service, security records to protect access, public activity counts, and linked analytics or product email only when you choose them.

Account and service data

Accounts store email, optional profile information, a password hash if you use a password, and linked sign-in provider information. Sessions, verification/reset records and approved companion installations support sign-in, recovery and revocation. Requested account functions use the contractual service basis; security processing uses legitimate interests, with access limited to operating and protecting the service.

Video files play on your own devices. MotionStim can store video metadata, device configuration and projects, and process uploaded motion files and stimulation audio. Uploaded motion files, stimulation audio and converted artifacts are retained within a rolling storage budget. The least recently used inactive signal items may be removed to make room for new uploads; active playback and preparation are protected. Keep your original files for re-upload. You can also delete saved items. Choosing to publish a project makes its published information available to other users. Do not include private information in published project names or descriptions.

Browser library tagging sends filenames to MotionStim to discover recurring tags. Video files and folder paths are not sent for tagging. Tagging requests and results are processed transiently without storing or logging the filenames.

Public graphs and discussion

Publishing a graph deliberately shares its saved design, description and chosen author name publicly, including with search engines. Account holders may retain and remix attributed copies; withdrawing a publication does not recall those copies. Private drafts, media and device settings are not published.

Approved comments and chosen display names are public. First comments, external links and suspicious content are held for operator review. Posting limits, duplicate checks and reports help prevent spam and abuse. Pending/rejected comments and resolved reports are normally reclaimed after 30 days when later comments are submitted; approved text remains until removed. You can remove your own comment text. Public contributions may remain under a former-author label after account deletion; contact support for privacy requests.

Hosted comment screening is disabled. Comments requiring screening are held for manual review.

General usage counts

We count pageviews, general feature use and broad outcomes regardless of your analytics choice. This includes account results, library loading, playback starts and completed playing minutes, deliberate demo interaction, design saves/use and real connection/output milestones, with fixed success/failure categories. Simulator usage is excluded apart from deliberate demo interaction. Without linked analytics permission, browser requests omit cookies. We remove private media, project and toy identifiers, integration and output-detail categories, visitor identifiers, campaign codes and individual landing history. We retain a public external referral host on the document's first pageview, without its path or query. Companions authenticate to our service, which removes their account and installation identifiers before forwarding counts. Your IP address and raw browser user agent are not forwarded. These totals show site activity; they do not identify unique visitors or link individual journeys. Declining linked analytics does not disable these counts.

Operational logs and error diagnostics

The website and companion apps send limited error reports to MotionStim even before sign-in and regardless of analytics preferences. These reports help us investigate faults and protect service availability. They include error categories, safe code locations and causes, app/build information, timing, response status and permitted error fields, and short-lived request references. Unknown message and response text is omitted; passwords, tokens, private media names, local paths, signal contents and output settings are excluded. Reports use our existing operator logging infrastructure with restricted access. The configured log-retention window is 14 days; actual deployment and backup retention must be verified. Repeated errors and offline queues are limited. Diagnostics create no permanent visitor identifier or diagnostic cookie.

The server also records sparse operational activity, such as completed sign-ins, account changes, companion authorization, imports, project changes and community moderation, independently of analytics preferences. These entries contain action categories, app/build information and short-lived request references, without account identities, private content or settings. They use the same restricted operator logs and configured retention window.

Optional linked analytics and product email

Both are off until you choose them. Optional linked analytics measures landing pages, external referral domains, public campaign codes, coarse browser/operating-system/device categories and feature actions such as loading a library, saving a design or starting playback. After permission, a random analytics identity can link your observed steps through registration and across your signed-in web, desktop and Android apps. This is pseudonymous usage data, not anonymous statistics. No media names, search text, file or graph contents, raw account/device identifiers, output settings or intensity values are sent to Umami. The server checks current consent and companion authorization; it does not forward your IP address or browser user agent. Umami uses no browser analytics SDK, session replay or offline event queue. Unobserved actions before consent are not replayed later.

The optional browser identity lasts up to 30 days; the allow/decline preference lasts up to 180 days. Account identity mappings expire or rotate after 30 days. Collector access and event-retention settings must be established before analytics is enabled. Refusal preserves product access. Reopen Analytics preferences on public pages or use your account preferences to withdraw; withdrawal stops future collection and removes the account mapping, while earlier collector data follows its retention and privacy-rights process.

Product email covers new features, tutorials and promotions. Saving a marketing preference does not itself send an email. Every promotional message must provide unsubscribe without requiring sign-in. Account verification, recovery and security notices are separate.

Change analytics and product-email preferences on your account page. You can withdraw either choice independently. Withdrawal stops future consent-based processing; it does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful.

On the production website, a separate browser preference controls Google's advertising measurement tag (AW-18532607562). It is off until you allow it in Privacy preferences. Declining linked analytics or product emails is independent of this choice. The Google script is not loaded before permission. After permission, Google receives browser/network information, including your IP address, and may use advertising click identifiers and cookies to measure our ads. Ad personalization and Google signals are disabled. We do not configure enhanced conversions, send account details or send MotionStim's feature events to Google.

This choice is stored only in this browser for up to 180 days and does not follow your account to other devices. Reopen Privacy preferences in the website footer to decline ad measurement. Withdrawal updates Google's consent state to denied; a tag already loaded in this page may send a consent-state notification. After a reload it remains blocked until permission is granted again. Earlier Google data follows Google's retention settings and privacy-rights process; clearing this preference does not erase earlier data. See how Google uses information from partner sites.

Storage, recipients and retention

Sign-in cookies and requested-service browser storage support authentication, remembered playback preferences and local library access. Seen blog-post preferences are stored with your account when signed in, or in your browser when signed out, so new-post indicators clear after opening a post. Local directory permissions and thumbnail storage can remain in your browser until you remove them or clear site data. We do not use these as an analytics identifier.

The service uses hosting/database infrastructure, optional Google sign-in and Google Workspace for configured account email and support. Processor access and any international transfer safeguards must be established for the actual deployment; contact us for details relevant to your account.

Paid checkout is not available. The planned payment setup uses DSK Bank for hosted card processing and inv.bg for invoices. When enabled, the required billing details and payment references will support payments, refunds, invoices and accounting. Card numbers and security codes will be entered on DSK's payment page; MotionStim will not receive or store them. MotionStim may retain a bank-issued saved-card token and transaction references for an agreed recurring membership. Billing data, recipients and retention information will be finalized before paid checkout opens; no payment or invoice is created by visiting the membership page.

Account records remain while your account exists. Verification and recovery links expire as stated in the message; sessions and companion access expire or are revoked. Consent decisions document your choices. Support, security records, backup copies and any legally required billing records follow their purpose-specific retention and applicable obligations. Backup removal may follow its expiry cycle rather than immediate removal from every copy.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability where applicable, or object to legitimate-interest processing. Email support@motionstim.com. We may verify account ownership using your registered email or an authenticated session; never send a password, sign-in link or identity document unless specifically justified. Requests normally receive a response within one month; any lawful extension or limitation will be explained.

You may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection or your competent supervisory authority.

Service terms

MotionStim is a video player that synchronizes supported Bluetooth devices and audio output with user-selected media. It does not supply a video catalog. Use only media and files you are entitled to use, and do not publish unlawful material or other people’s private data.

Keep your account credentials private. You are responsible for approving companion installations and local folder access. Revoke unfamiliar installations or sessions on your account page. Service access may depend on internet availability, browser permissions, supported hardware and membership entitlement.

The basic web player and classic controls are free. PulseForge browsing, design, saving and publishing are free; using graphs with media, devices or stimulation audio requires premium access. Premium also includes the Android companion and local PC-to-phone/TV streaming. Premium features are temporarily free for all signed-in users while billing is being prepared. See Membership for the planned monthly offer. Any future paid offer will state its price, billing frequency, cancellation terms and applicable withdrawal/refund information before purchase. This page does not waive mandatory consumer rights or authorize charges. Contact support for service or account problems; general support has no guaranteed response time. The paid-access activation and refund deadlines below apply at paid launch.

We may restrict access needed to respond to misuse, security incidents or legal obligations. Any changes to applicable terms or paid offerings must be communicated appropriately. Bulgarian law applies subject to mandatory protections available to consumers under applicable law.

Planned payments and memberships

Paid memberships are not open. The following describes the planned service; it does not authorize a charge or start automatic renewal. The planned price is €10 / month excluding VAT. Applicable VAT is added to the price. The final EUR total including VAT and fees and supported customer markets will be shown before checkout opens.

Card payment and security

We plan to accept Visa and Mastercard debit, credit and business cards through DSK Bank's virtual POS (vPOS). Card transactions will use Mastercard Identity Check and Visa Secure through DSK's e-commerce platform. MotionStim will not store raw card numbers or card security codes. A refund of a card payment will be returned to the same card used for that payment.

The planned maximum card payment is €20 per transaction, including VAT and any fees, subject to confirmation by DSK. This is a ceiling, not the subscription price: the amount charged will be the disclosed monthly total.

Access, renewal and cancellation

The planned membership renews monthly only after the customer agrees to the displayed price and recurring schedule. Paid premium access will activate automatically within 5 minutes after DSK confirms successful payment. If access has not been activated within 24 hours after that confirmation, we will issue a full refund. This is a digital service; no physical goods or shipping are included.

The planned cancellation policy stops future renewals and retains access through the already-paid period. Signing in, visiting this page or receiving current complimentary access does not enroll you in paid renewal. Existing access and local device safety controls remain unchanged.

Service problems, complaints and refunds

Softbendr Ltd is responsible for providing the purchased MotionStim service, customer support and handling complaints. If confirmed payment does not activate access, or access is interrupted, contact support@motionstim.com with your account email and payment reference. We will investigate the payment/access record, explain the resolution and restore access or arrange the applicable refund.

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after any membership charge, including an automatic renewal, even if you have used the service. The refund includes the VAT charged. This voluntary guarantee does not limit your statutory withdrawal rights or remedies for faulty or unprovided services, including after the guarantee period.

We will issue refunds without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after your request. For failed activation, this deadline runs from the end of the 24-hour activation period. Refunds go to the original payment card; your bank may take additional time to display the credit.

A completed refund ends access covered by the refunded payment and stops future renewals. Any other valid or complimentary access remains unchanged. Cancelling renewal without requesting a refund keeps access through the already-paid period.

To request a refund, exercise your statutory right of withdrawal or raise a complaint, email support@motionstim.com or call +359 889 786 127. Clearly state what you are requesting and provide your account email and payment reference if available; no special wording is required. Renewal cancellation, refunds and statutory withdrawal are separate rights.

Supported-device safety

Device output is intended for adults. Follow the device manufacturer’s instructions, compatibility requirements and warnings. Bluetooth control and electrical/audio output are different hardware functions; compatible video playback alone does not establish safe device use.

Keep output at a safe starting level, understand the local strength/volume controls and know where Stop is before use. Activation behavior varies by platform: web output requires deliberate activation; Android Coyote follows playback and uses channel strength as its output control. A connection or account sign-in is not a reason to raise strength. Stop, disconnect and shutdown controls remain available.

MotionStim makes no medical-treatment claim, guarantee of equivalent sensation across devices, or certification that every device/configuration is safe. Do not bypass hardware limits or manufacturer precautions. These warnings do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
